Pastor Dill grew up in New Jersey and then moved to New Hampshire. His family then moved to Delaware. After graduating from high school, he became more involved serving the Lord at the local Church. Pastor married Gwen in 1985 and after being called into the ministry he and his wife moved to Philadelphia to attend Philadelphia College of the Bible. After graduation from college, God blessed them with a daughter, Sarah in 1996. He served local churches teaching Sunday School and preaching in the morning and evening services until God opened up a full-time position at the New Life Center where he became the Pastor in February 1999.
